We bill them directly making the whole process so simple.

When you lodge your claim, either online or over the phone nominate AUTOSCREENS as your repairer.

All we require to proceed is your Claim Number & Policy Number.

However, if your policy doesn’t cover the cost of windscreen replacement or side / rear glass do not worry, we are competitively priced and can help you get back on the road in no time.

We do Afterpay, pay in 4 easy instalments.

Absolutely brilliant service - came to do the work on our windscreen within a couple of hours of contacting them. They realised the crack had already actually been sealed after checking it and didn't charge me a penny for the call out. Good old family business who prioritise their customers and work hard. After getting a windscreen chip on the freeway the day before heading away, I was on the phone all day trying to get someone in. RAC referred us to bigger companies who just kept wasting my time when asking simple questions about whether they have a screen in stock and all said I would have to wait days.. Tried a couple smaller ones and then these guys- and it quickly became clear why they have only excellent reviews- they just got down to business and they cared! Xavier arrived with windshield ready to go first thing the next morning. Thanks guys for removing so much stress , Xavier was prompt, diligent and explained everything- I couldn’t be happier.
