Autoscreens has always been a family business, built on skill, trust and a strong work ethic passed down through generations. This year marks an exciting new chapter, with Ethan Squire officially joining the Autoscreens team as a trainee windscreen fitter, working alongside his dad Jason and older brother Xavier.
For customers, this means the same reliable, high-quality service Autoscreens has been known for since 2010, with a strong focus on the future.
A family business built on experience
Established in Perth, Western Australia by Jason Squire in 2010, Autoscreens has grown into one of WA’s most trusted windscreen replacement and auto glass repair businesses. Between Jason and Xavier alone, the team brings more than 40 years of combined industry experience to every job.
From private vehicles to commercial fleets, Autoscreens services the Perth CBD and surrounding suburbs including Joondalup, Wanneroo and Midland, offering a fully mobile service backed by cutting-edge glass technology and dependable customer care.
That commitment has seen Autoscreens become the preferred windscreen provider for multiple local government fleets, as well as a trusted partner for accident repair centres, dealerships and mining companies across Western Australia.
Learning the trade the right way
Ethan joined the business in June 2025, stepping into a trainee technician role where he is learning the trade hands-on, directly alongside his father and brother.
“It’s been great learning the trade alongside my dad and brother,” Ethan said. “I’m proud to be part of the family business and excited to keep building my skills with Autoscreens.”
Training within a family-run operation means Ethan is being taught not only the technical skills required for windscreen replacement and repair, but also the values Autoscreens is known for. These include attention to detail, safety, customer satisfaction and pride in workmanship.
This approach ensures every Autoscreens technician, now and into the future, meets the same high standards customers have come to expect.
Strengthening the Autoscreens legacy
With Jason leading as Master Technician, Xavier bringing technical expertise alongside a strong focus on customer service and marketing, and Ethan beginning his journey in the trade, Autoscreens continues to grow while staying true to its roots.
Behind the scenes, Dawn Squire, Office Manager since the business opened, keeps everything running smoothly. It is a reminder that Autoscreens has always been, and remains, a true family effort.
Welcoming Ethan to the team is more than a staffing update. It reflects Autoscreens’ commitment to longevity, skill development and delivering dependable windscreen services for Western Australians, now and for years to come.
